PRE-PLANNING
Wouldn't it be great if you could know the possible obstacles and pitfalls you might encounter on a job before the work even begins? Heading off trouble before it begins could prevent costly mediation and\delays. With your stucco subcontractor you can do it. We'll send an expert planner/forecaster to meet with you and present a report customized to your particular project and we'll do it even if we don't win the bid.
FAST, PRECISE ESTIMATES
Specialized software allows our estimators to give precise quotes quickly on even the most complex jobs. Cost fluctuations can be updated instantly, on a daily basis if needed. So the data you need is always available with no surprises.
All of our estimators are SC Certified. That means they understand plans and the various systems available and will point out potential challenges, like a foam thickness that is incorrect for a system which, if used would not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. They can also suggest alternative methods that may reduce cost while maintaining the integrity of the overall project.
PRE-START/POST PAPERWORK
Once the contract has been signed we have staff that concentrates on getting you all of the submittals, insurance certifications and other necessary paperwork before the job is started. We also make sure you have the proper warranties and other close-out papers so your job close-out process is not delayed.
SCHEDULING
As soon as a project is approved, our schedulers communicate with the appropriate person in your company to discuss time required for the system bid, and projected scheduling dates. The schedulers maintain regular contact with the Super/PM to ensure that when you are ready for us, we are there.
TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT
Technology is our edge. For example, purchasing and maintaining the best hydraulic mixer pumps available requires a serious capital commitment but it more than pays off when large quantities of perfectly blended stucco can be pumped more than 20 stories up to skilled workers who can concentrate on applying it efficiently. The application process is ten times faster and the quality is far more consistent than any other manual method. Cost reduction comes with less days on the job and fewer disputes after the job is done. After almost 15 years in business, The Stucco Company has suffered no lawsuits.
With everything from computerized scheduling that allows us to apply available resources to their best use, to laptops and cell phones with every field super so they can stay connected with the command chain while on site, The Stucco Company is better prepared than any other stucco subcontractor in the country.
Another example of our commitment is the equipment we invest in. In addition to a fleet of hydraulic pumps we own all the trucks, trailers and scaffolding used at every project across the country. We own so much scaffolding that we could start a profitable business just renting it out. Instead, we scaffold in advance, every floor of every job we do because we can't justify the time wasted setting up and tearing down sections at a time or relying on mass climbers or swing stages. Not only are we more efficient, but it speeds up the entire vproject as all floors are open to all trades at once.
SYSTEMS
From EIFS to interior drywall, The Stucco Company is certified in every type of stucco and drywall application system in use across the nation. You will never have to stop and wait for someone to be trained or be forced to find another company to do a specific job.
SERVICE
Each job is assigned a superintendent who is the single point contact for your job super. This person attends all required pre-job meetings and follows the jobs from start to finish. He oversees the workmanship, take pictures/videos of the work in progress and always available to discuss issues with your super and deal with them before they become problems.
SAFETY
Every employee of The Stucco Company that works in the field is certified in Scaffolding and Ladders. All job foremen must complete the OSHA 10 hour class and their supervisors have completed the OSHA 30 hour training course. In addition, The Stucco Company employs an independent safety coordinator that checks our jobs and has the authority to shut a job down if something needs to be corrected.
We are on track to become the first stucco installation company in the nation to achieve the Partnered with OSHA status.
BILLING
Our billing dept. makes sure they understand your specific billing forms so they are filled out correctly. They also coordinate with the scheduling department to ensure the forecasted billings are accurate. This reduces extra work, hassle and phone calls for your accounting staff.
WARRANTY
The Stucco Company employs full-time staff to assist you with all applicable warranty applications, inspections and timely service when necessary to help keep your customers happy.
